Very interesting place to have brunch. I would love to go again! The menu changes, and offers new meats, cheeses, sauces, and veggies. I tried everything you see in the picture and mixed some stuff together. I enjoyed everything on the charcuterie board. If you like trying new foods this is your place. Everything is in small portions but it’s plenty for two to share maybe more. The empanadas were soooo good, and that’s coming from someone who has never really liked them. The sauce that comes with it tastes amazing, and the combo of both is just right. It located in the middle of the pearl. Not much interaction from the staff, but was attended to well.

This was by far the neatest place we ate while in San Antonio. It’s beautiful and we loved the atmosphere. Our server was great and gave great recommendations. We enjoyed our meal together and the over all experience of Cured.

A very nice and refreshing restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. We were strolling by on a Saturday and the delicious smell caught our attention. The waiter invited us in and informed us that they were serving brisket tacos, a special off menu item for Saturdays. The food was delicious and were served ranch waters table side with great detail. Highly recommend!

This is our favorite restaurant/bar in our first visit in San Antonio. We came here for happy hour and were only going to have a couple of drinks before our Valentine’s dinner elsewhere. We enjoyed the charcuterie board (smoked dock ham, Tejano pork, beef, pork rillettes and cheeses) so much that we keep ordering drinks and almost missed our dinner reservation. At the end of the day, our food and drinks at Cured were better than our actual Valentine’s dinner reservation.

Such a good place to grab a drink and a bite! Mark, our server was so kind, and recommended nothing but delicious dishes! Brisket taco is 10/10 and the table side ranch water was so cool! (only available Saturday's) definitely stop by!

Incredible food, wonderful staff, and great atmosphere. We were in town for our anniversary and met the curator Steve during the farmers market. We had a great chat and got a signed copy of his book Cured. We made reservations for dinner and it did not disappoint. Hunter was our waiter and did an outstanding job. We pretty much let him curate our meal for us and we just sat back and enjoyed ourselves. I have nothing but great things to say. To top it off, Steve stopped by to wish us a happy anniversary and check in on us. 10 out of 10

Wife, the baby, and I stopped by on a Saturday for their brunch menu. We've been here before and had the charcuterie board, which is amazing. We had the boudin empanadas, the smoked chicken gumbo, and the breakfast Benedict. For dessert, we shared the limoncello. All their meat, being smoked and aged in house, is amazing! This is definitely a spot to try out! Their staff is very friendly and well versed in helping people comb through their menu.
